GeoWhiz+ is a geography trivia game designed for Nokia mobile phones. More facts about 194 countries to play with than the vanilla version! In addition to capitals and flags, the countries' total area, population, life expectancy will make the game more challenging for you, yet keeping the same attractive interface. Choosing the topic(s), difficulty level, number of questions will suit your game to your preferences. The facts section will answer any doubt you have on the game topics. Persevere playing and you'll surely master all these geofacts.

Getting started

          To start a new game select  Start from the main menu. You will be prompted to select the subjects, the difficulty level and  the number of questions.



Subjects

           The possible subjects are as it follows:

  1. Flags - you will be given a flag and be prompted to choose the country, or you will be given a flag and be prompted to choose a flag.
  2. Capitals  - You will be given a capital and prompted to choose the country, or you will be given a country and be prompted to choose a capital.
  3. Total Area* - You will be presented with a number of countries and you have to sort them in a descending  order  by their total area.
  4. Population* - You will be presented with a number of countries and you have to sort them in a descending  order  by their population.
  5. Life Expectancy* - You will be presented with a number of       countries and you have to sort them in a descending  order  by their life      expectancy.

Difficulty Levels

  1. Easy - 3 possible    answers;
  2. Normal - 4 possible answers;
  3. Advanced - 5 possible answers;
  4. Expert - 6 possible answers.
 

Number of questions

           You can decide to take a quiz composed of 10,15,20,25 or 30 questions.
 

Once the game started

          For every question there is a time limit.  After you submit an answer, you will be told if you answered correctly or not. If you didn't answer correctly you will be given the correct answer, so that you can learn new things.
 
          At the end of the quiz you'll find out how many  answers you've got right and the percentage of the correct answers.

 

Facts
 
          By selecting Facts from Main Menu you will find yourself in another menu from which you can go and check out  different facts like the capitals of the world,   national flags and lists of countries by their total area, population and life expectancy.
